Pitch Collective helps founders hear about pitch competitions, grants and fellowships in time. This page explains what we collect when you use pitchcollective.club, sign up for our free newsletter or join Pitch Collective, and what we do with it. In short: we collect only what we need to run the service, and we never sell your information.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops our emails right away.
We use a few services to run Pitch Collective. They process your information for us and only for that purpose:
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the services above, or if the law requires it.
We do not use advertising cookies. Your browser may save a small note on your own device, for example so the signup popup does not keep reappearing after you close it or subscribe. Our payment and community partners may set their own cookies when you use them.
We keep your newsletter information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Membership records are kept as long as needed to run your membership and meet legal and accounting requirements.
You can unsubscribe from any email, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email us and we will take care of it. If you live in a place with privacy laws that give you more rights, such as the EU, the UK or California, we respect those too.
Pitch Collective is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell subscribers by email.
